Titled ‘Improving staff and patient experience through better task management’, the presentation will explore task management for support services and how improving task management can transform the patient experience, staff wellbeing and overall efficiency. These sessions will take place in the Software & Smart Hospital Theatre (Day 1:15:00-15:25 and Day 2:11.30-11.55).
