The features of the software include:
Searching by item or receptacle: Search for the correct disposal solution for a particular item or instrument. By answering set questions on the waste type and its contaminants the tool can identify the correct disposal method.
Resource centre: This includes a number of unique items such as your facilities waste policy & procedures, audit reports, educational tools, posters and e-learning files. In this section you will also be able to review usage reports via Google Analytics.
Audit tool: Sharpsmart Verify records search criteria data for individual departments (e.g. department name, receptacle, waste type, contaminant, packing method, etc) and uses this to develop auditing reports that identify areas of compliance and non-compliance. These reports can be used as part of a pre-acceptance audit as well as a general waste audit.
