Newcross Healthcare – one of Britain’s largest and fastest growing independent healthcare providers – has boosted its complex care service with the launch of its pioneering service dedicated to facilitating care for sick and vulnerable people in their own homes in eight new locations.
The organisation, which currently offers complex care from 19 of its 63 branches, has invested in its own clinical training team, making it possible for more staff to deliver acute clinical care from the patient’s own home, tailored to the patient’s individual needs.
Newcross Healthcare will now deliver this service from its branches in Norwich, Chester, Reading, Woking, Sussex, Kent, Hereford and Worcester. The branches will be seeking to recruit hundreds of new clinical staff and deliver specialist clinical training to those seeking to start a new career in the sector.
The complex care service provided by Newcross Healthcare includes care for a number of conditions such as learning disability support, home ventilation management, palliative care, spinal injury and head injury rehabilitation.
