A health tech innovator is aiming to end the constant cycle of broken health and wellness targets – using the latest advancements in ‘well-tech’ to track, monitor and measure user’s activity, rest, nutrition, and beauty.
GoE Wellness, a health platform that offers users a realistic programme to achieve wellness goals, has set out to revolutionise how individuals approach their health and well-being with its newly announced ‘GoE Wellness App’.
Set to launch in early 2024, guests at the HLTH Tech conference in Las Vegas last week were treated to a showcase of the new app that boasts over 200 classes, ranging from active exercises to mental well-being techniques. Being a digital health first, the technology bridges the gap between fitness, nutrition, beauty, and mindfulness, all in one cohesive platform.
Accessible on both iOS and Android platforms, the app has the capability to integrate with wearables, provide personalised AI recommendations, and offer VR capabilities. At the forefront of wellness innovation, the user-friendly interface offers a comprehensive suite of features to help users track, monitor, and improve their overall health.
While currently available to a limited audience with a curated selection of content, the next phase will see a closed beta, refining the app based on valuable user feedback.
Focusing on a holistic and balanced life, users are empowered to lead more fulfilling lives through timely and contextual suggestions whilst being provided with the tools to make small, sustainable changes across GoE’s four main pillars of wellness:
From personalised fitness plans and nutrition tracking to mental health resources and sleep optimisation tools, the app is a one-stop destination for holistic well-being.
In addition to the app launch, GoE Wellness, the official wellness partner of Burnley Football Club, also demonstrated its new VR capabilities – a series of immersive digital experiences that promise to open up new frontiers in digital health, providing innovative solutions for mental health and overall wellness.
The VR app can transport people to serene natural landscapes, offering a virtual retreat from the stresses of everyday life. Via its digital sanctuary, users can also experience guided meditation and relaxation exercises, promoting mental and emotional well-being.
Ross Farrow, Co-Founder of GoE Wellness, said: “This is a pivotal moment for the future of digital health. Through our new app, users can transform the way they approach their health and well-being, by merging mindfulness, fitness, nutrition, and mental health support for a truly enriching mobile experience.
“By nurturing people’s entire well-being with our app’s holistic approach, we’re making significant strides in mental health and overall wellness. Together, we are revolutionising the landscape of healthcare, one innovation at a time.”
Renowned as the ‘ecosystem event’ for the entire healthcare industry, HLTH 2023 saw more than 10,000 people explore the latest consumer health and wellness brands focusing on wearables, fitness, mental wellness/mindfulness, metabolic health and cardio metabolic disease, nutrition, longevity, sexual health, sleep health, psychedelics, and food innovation.
