Devyani Vaishampayan joins the SCCL Board as non-executive.
NHS Supply Chain is delighted to announce Supply Chain Coordination Limited (SCCL), the management function of NHS Supply Chain, has appointed Devyani Vaishampayan as a non-executive director (NED) to join the Board with effect from 1 November 2024. She will replace outgoing NED Heather Benjamin who will complete her second term at the end of November 2024.
Ms Vaishampayan brings a wealth of HR, AI, climate/sustainability and commercial experience and expertise, along with valuable private sector NED experience to NHS Supply Chain.
Ms Vaishampayan is a highly experienced Chief HR Officer, spending the first part of her career in large corporate businesses, including global HR leadership roles in FTSE companies such as Rolls Royce and a Group HR director role for the British Standards Institute (BSI), a profit for purpose business operating in multiple countries.
She currently holds non-executive positions at Norman Broadbent Plc and the UK audit board of Forvis Mazars, while recently concluding the successful exit of her AI venture. She is a Fellow at Chapter Zero, a not-for-profit organisation helping non-executive directors around climate issues and a board mentor with Criticaleye where she mentors CEOs and senior executives.

Ms Vaishampayan joins existing NEDs on the SCCL board Rommel Pereira, Mark Swyny, Duncan Kendal and Sheila Doyle.
