A Welsh charity that supports people with learning disabilities and mental health needs has freed up 26,000 hours for its managers by embracing digital workforce management – saving £300K in the process.
With a clear ambition to transform how it supports its 1,250-strong workforce across Wales, Cartrefi Cymru, a charity that supports people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs, has turned to Sona’s digital solutions to reduce manual processes and put more power into the hands of its team.
